Danielle Siegrist-Weis – Manager, Marketing
Danielle is currently assisting in all of the operational, administrative, marketing and management areas of our business. She graduated in 2004 from Westwood College of Technology with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has spent the majority of her career in Downtown Denver hotels in food and beverage and sales. Most recently she opened a co-working space in Thornton, CO, and she has a passion for customer service that she is bringing to the shared office environment. Danielle has three children with her husband, Ryan; Janessa, Robert and Scott. She enjoys being with her family at the lake, camping, skiing, and traveling.
Mike Siegrist, Manager
Mike graduated from Regis University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Emphasis in Finance. He has spent over 40 years in the construction and real estate development business. Projects have included; obtaining the entitlements on a 500 acre development in Longmont and the development, construction and operation of an Indoor RV Storage Facility in Denver. Major construction projects include a large portion of I-76 between Wadsworth and I -25 and the Northglenn Reservoir. Mike served as chairman on several committees for the Colorado Contractors Association as well as the Adams County Private Industry Council. He is an Ordained Pastor and has served in children’s and teenage ministry. In his spare time he enjoys water and snow skiing, camping and being with family. He and Diane have been married since 1979.
Diane Siegrist – Office Manager
After several jobs in high school Diane began employment with Craig Hospital in 1976 as a switch-board operator. She was quickly promoted into the office doing bookkeeping and accounting. She took several years off to raise her two children Danielle and Robert. During those early years however, she was still involved in the family business writing the company newsletter, organizing company functions and managing the co-ed Contractors Softball League. She was always on call to fill in at the office when highway construction was in full swing. When Siegrist Construction was reorganized she took on all the office management responsibilities including payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivables. She currently does the bookkeeping and accounting for Siegrist Companies.
With her husband Mike, she has been very involved in children’s and youth ministry. For years she was a part of weekly youth group meetings, taking large groups of teenagers to conferences and summer camp. During that time she also was on the church board. She has since retired from the organized ministry but is still active in what are now, all those young adult lives.
In 2012, with her business partner Heather, she purchased a small salon. Under their leadership they have seen their revenue increase year over year. They moved into a 4000 sq ft, new building in 2019.
When Diane is not busy with her five grandchildren, or working, she enjoys traveling, a little golf or spending time in the mountains.
Robert Siegrist – Manager
Robert has been in the commercial real estate business going on 15 years. Robert is a Colorado Native, and brings exceptional experience virtually anywhere you are interested in. Robert has a passion for the business, and in customer service that brings a personal level to your professional relationship. He works closely in the property development and property management portion of our business.With Robert’s extensive construction knowledge and experience, he has done several flip homes and manages all of our tenant finishes and new construction projects. Robert is also Co-Founder of Talnua Distillery, a whiskey distillery in Arvada, and York Street Depot, a co-working space. He is happily married to Kelsey, and they have two adorable children, Jamison and Enslee. He enjoys the lake, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, hunting, and really anything you can do outdoors.
